John Kerry is a threat to national security. I’m not exaggerating; I mean precisely that. For months he has shown disrespect to our international allies. These countries have sacrificed their treasures and the lives of their young to fight the War on Terror. Each time he mocks this effort as “unilateral,” Mr. Kerry declares those sacrifices insignificant. When he refers to a “trumped-up, so-called coalition of the bribed, the coerced, the bought and the extorted,” he spits on the graves of those who have fallen beside our own brave soldiers. Kerry boasts that, as President, he would leverage his alleged diplomatic skills to bring new partners to the coalition. This is pure fantasy, and based on his irresponsible statements, it’s doubtful he could even manage to hold the current coalition together.
Now we learn that, not content to simply insult coalition members, the Kerry Campaign is actively working to break up the coalition!
JOHN Kerry’s campaign has warned Australians that the Howard Government’s support for the US in Iraq has made them a bigger target for international terrorists.
Diana Kerry, younger sister of the Democrat presidential candidate, told The Weekend Australian that the Bali bombing and the recent attack on the Australian embassy in Jakarta clearly showed the danger to Australians had increased.
“Australia has kept faith with the US and we are endangering the Australians now by this wanton disregard for international law and multilateral channels,” she said, referring to the invasion of Iraq.
Is this the man we want protecting our country?
Kerry can only be doing this for one of two reasons: 1) He’s trying to undermine the war effort for political gain; or 2) He simply has no understanding of what is at stake or how to handle it. Either way, he’s totally reckless and irresponsible. He is putting our soldiers and our country at risk. John Kerry lacks the judgment to be Senator, let alone President.
